Scottish-born designer Saffron has always been surrounded by creativity and design. Since graduating from The Inchbald School of Interior Architecture in London, interior spaces have become an obsession. Saffron has a degree in Textile Design from BIAD, so it was a natural progression to merge both her love for interiors and print.

Her textile inspirations comes from a number of different sources, with her first collection's inspiration being drawn from a trip to Kerala in the south of India.  On this trip, Saffron was given a beautiful henna hand design by a young girl. This simple gift inspired her to base the Kerala collection on henna designs and the colours that she saw in India.

Collage and layering can be seen in her designs, with nature running though all her individual fabrics.
